Please provide MSR with clean photocopies of your Resume, Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Professional License(s), and any other Certificates (i.e., BLS, ACLS, APLS, NNRP, CCRN, etc.)

Once we receive and process the documents requested above, we can begin to work with you to review placement opportunities that match your training and experience. (At that time we will also issue I-9, W-2, Direct Deposit, and ID Badge forms.)

AT TIME OF PLACEMENT
